  • Additional Charges: Flight booking may face additional fees, such as fuel surcharges, which miles don’t cover.

Thoughts Before Takeoff

Is the Asiana Airlines Visa Signature® Card right for you? If you regularly travel – either to South Korea or with Asiana Airlines, the answer is a resounding yes. This card offers the potential for huge mile-earnings and has some great perks. These include things like 2 complimentary lounge invitations for each year of membership.

The Asiana Airlines Visa Signature® Card is difficult to justify for some people.  This is especially true of those who travel to Asia often.  Those who don’t live near one of nine Asiana hubs will also struggle. There are plenty of airline-specific cards out there that earn points with a carrier you actually use.

Fortunately, the Asiana Airlines Visa Signature® Card can help those who frequently travel earn miles that can be used to gain Silver or Gold Star Alliance status, and also earn miles that are redeemable for flights with other Star Alliance carriers. The decent APR and no foreign transaction fees also help. These perks make the card an overall decent choice.
